I cannot use Adobe accelerated GPU performance features.Įdited by StarStrider111, 27 January 2017 - 04:37 PM. I have to override updates or else I get BSOD's. I have occasional driver issues, as only one older version works well. (Edited: somehow this part got clipped) I know my graphics card is old and unsupported. (I am not sure about my motherboard sysinfo just lists "Gateway" with no model #) My specs (and let me know if other info is needed): It beeps 3 times when turning on and the fans start spinning really loudly, the beeps are 1 long followed by 2 faster beeps. Casual, just things like Skyrim, Tales of Zestiria, Setsuna, etc. Hello I am currently having trouble with this gateway computer of mine. ![]() Secondary, I enjoy gaming when I have the (rare) hours of free time to do so. ![]() So, primary use is Adobe PS/Lightroom/Premiere Pro/After Effects/Illustrator. ![]() I don't exactly have money to burn, so I don't want to start upgrading components if it's going to be a short trip on them, if that makes sense.Ĭomputer usage wise, I am a professional-hobby photographer and just delving into video editing as well. Because of this, I also would like opinions on whether it's worth upgrading my machine or if I should just start saving up for a new rig. I would consider myself adept at troubleshooting computer issues, but the only thing I've ever fixed/upgraded are hard drives, so I'm quite new at understanding compatibility checking and the general need-to-knows about building/upgrading systems.
